  1. Player voice volume

    Imo the player voice volume, especially when giving commands, is way too loud. Adding a slider in the options for this or tweaking the fixed volume could improve immersion as I need to keep the general volume fairly low now to reduce the raised eyebrows I get from my neighbors ;).

  2. Things I've seen missing or need addressing

    Great post! I'd like to add a few things I'm missing additionally to the things you mentioned.

    I miss setting up a camp where you can for instanceread (if books will be added later) and where you can talk to companions (which I can't find how to do now).
    I really liked the map and difficulty markers for ranged shots in Warband, I hope they'll see a return.

  3. Grouping and Formations

    Yeah that sounds like an improvement. I just really miss the ability to change width and depth of the formations, especially because formations can't be moved even if 1 unit's terrain is blocked.
