I posted mine 4-5 months after I started work because I had some experience before (years ago) with modding Half Life and Morrowind when I put all my ideas and stuff into the forums but actually no work was done, and I created so much useless hype around my nonexistant work. Eventually everything died. So, focus on your work and leave the bickering die out. Good luck with your mod, but remember people might be willing to HELP you once they see something done but no one will MAKE you a mod.

That being said, I'll post again after I see some screenshots, loading screens, artwork, anything.

I do not have M&B on steam and the screenshots are not gameplay taken by me they are pictures from the mod page, thanks for the suggestion anyways!

In WFAS the player kingdom 'policies' are the same. You can start your own nation by capturing a city but you cannot recruit lords, name your kingdom, or do any of that You can't really train recruits like you could in warband unfortunately.

If you have good enough troops (top tier) than your army has a pretty good chance of winning against 3-1 or lower odds. It is ok to not join the campaign it usually just makes you lose a bit of relation that can be gained back through quests. If you can get back to your castle fast enough to relieve it (killing off the besieging army) and get back in time to keep the campaign going that would be even better but it is recommended for high level players with large armies.

I'm looking for:
More strategic gameplay (economy, you cant just order your troops to charge and sit back etc.)
More realistic! (It is pretty realistic, but I would like to see some things improved [Ill list at end of post])
Being able to construct castles/towns and villages
More stuff (More items, armor)
Better kingdom management (basically implement diplomacy into the game)
More customizable (troops, character creation etc.
Easier edit mode
Bigger map and more factions
Named forests and rivers etc.
More options in castles
Ability to make time faster (so it is not as boring while starving out castles or waiting for lords to join your campaign etc.)
And much more!

Here is the list of "realisticness" I would like added

More realistic army sizes
More realistic damage system
More realistic weapon/armor weight
Being able to raze settlements (erase completely)
More realistic tactics (some of the things in freelancer, also using strategy to pick the battlefield etc.)
More realistic commands (basically the ability to do more as marshal or king)
Same terrain each time you battle (It currently selects a random setting when you retreat and rebattle)
More realistic sieges (battering rams, you have to wait for your ladders to get to the walls as with siege towers, siege engines, faster times for siege towers getting to the walls etc.)

Much more with that too.

This list may have too much, but I would like to at least see some of it implemented.

If I were him i'd probably give up on you at this point and go help some other people, but he's not like that, he doesn't give up and he is willing to help even those who are rejecting him and trying to shoo him away, instead of being a prick about it try to show him some appreciation

Even if that is what he is trying to do, it seems like he is spending his time dissing us. Just because I got mad at someone well known and popular doesn't mean I'm a total retard thats not worth helping. Now go and find someone else to bug please.

You should start a mod thread here, many people don't care about moddb and would rarely look there even if asked.
(Also a "producer" is a person overseeing the development of a game. If you have a small team, there's no point in using it as a title, as you are overseeing yourself and couple of others. People may think you are minors or inexperienced people using big words inappropriately.)

In normal m&b you cannot run your own empire, this is a Warband function.
All mods that improve this management are build on the warband system.

Actually, I saw several kingdom management mods for M&B. I was just unable to download any due to RGL errors.
