There should be an option on the console to set that accordingly. You can find more info here:

Hello! Thanks for the reply. That option only appears if the TV has the option built into it as far as I’m aware. There is no setting within the settings for the Xbox or my TV that can fix this issue. Which is why developers almost always put an option in the game to adjust aspect ratio. Apart from buying a new TV, there is nothing I can do to fix this on my end
Edit - I’m just gonna buy a new TV
it’s obvious mine is garbage if it has no settings to adjust these things, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this sort of issue anyway. Thanks for the reply I do appreciate if!
