I have tried all options from the Xbox support guide. Unfortunately unless your tv has an option to customize your aspect ratio you are unable to fix the issue. I have been traveling a lot lately and most tv's in my hotel rooms leave me with a good portion of the screen cut off with no way to fix the issue. The Xbox series S and X both do not have a way to adjust the aspect ratio in the system settings, it requires you to use tv settings to correct the issue and again a fair amount of tv's do not give the end user the option to adjust.
