    Bug:

    Spear and Lance flags don't have team color assigned.

    Do you think bannerlord would benefit from a smaller map and less clans?

    No, personally I would like to see the current factions broken up a bit more where you have maybe 3-4 petty Kingdoms except for the Empire which already 3 different factions.

    Yeah I feel like the mod community has taken a dive. Really disappointing that so many of my favorite mods are outdated like server as a soldier.

    How would you differenciate the armies of different Imperial factions?

    I would give each faction a unique unit or two to make each army a little different.

    For example the Southern Empire Cataphracts could be armed with bows to help deal with the armies of the East and maybe make their Legionnaires lighter armored. The Western Empire would have better pikemen to help against the heavy cavalry of the Vlandians and the Northern Empire would have the heaviest armored legions out of the three. Something a subtle as this could make a big difference imo.

    It doesn't fix the issues with the flags / pennants color, they have that default orange/brown color. Matter of faction you can see the issue in some of the pictures of the mod. The spear pennants should be purple for these Imperial units.

    Endgame is boring and really kills all the fun...

    I agree there comes a certain tipping point that nothing is challenging, your kingdom just steamrolls the other factions to the point it is laughable. There needs to be a late game challenge, kind of like what Medieval 2 had with the Mongol invasion (epic gaming times). I would love to see a powerful Nord invasion like what happened in and is supported in lore with Gundig's invasion. This is something that could really change the dynamics of the player being comfy and having to worry about large Nord invasions and fleets wrecking havoc with port cities. There is not a more terrifying enemy that can be added to the game.

    This would be a good time to being on the very requested feature of naval combat and travel with lots of great features like the following:

    -Ship travel around the map
    -Ship ownership (Warships, merchant ships, etc)
    -Naval combat
    -Port amphibious attacks from warships
    -Merchant fleets and ship trading via ports
    -Piracy and ship raiding
    -New factions like the Merchants guild, Nords, and various pirate rebels like Cilician pirates and Corsairs

    Also there needs to be an Imperial capital that is fortified like Constantinople and it would be the mother of all siege battle challenges. It would be the hardest settlement to capture and would be requisite to gain the tile of Emperor or something. You would have to bring your very best as the muderholes and choke points would be brutal. Where you have to cross a bridge under very well placed defenses kind of like in the image below.

    You get experience from hitting a shield, you should get experience from blocking. Maybe even bonus xp if you do a proper block by blocking in the right direction. Also couch lance attacks should give more xp than they do now, in early builds you would get some nice xp from a good couched lance attack, now you hardly get anything. You are better off just stabbing a shield for far more experience.

    What kind of new faction(s) would you like to see added to the game in the future?

    That is why I think we will see a Gundig Hairy-Breeks invasion as DLC to add the Nords and Norland settlements on the map and hopefully naval battles/travel. Seems like it would be easy money for TW.

    I think when it comes to port to port trading you will be moving far more quantity then via land trade. Also lets not forget thing like fire pots and Greek fire.

    the nords and their land/continent/kingdom, whatever with boats and ships (also as merchants)
    Agree, I want naval combat and travel more than anything. Being able to buy ships from everything from small merchant ships to large war ships. Maybe some new towns can be added to the islands between the Empire and Aserai lands. Trade fleets with new trade options, basically these could be oversized floating caravans that moves lots of goods from port to port. They would be expensive to get going, but very lucrative in the long run as long as they don't get attacked by pirates like roaming Nord raiding fleets or some type of Cilician pirates rebel faction that roam the Southern Seas.

    The game needs new content for sure.
