Sort of like oblivion in that respect? I admit I like that in RPG's but to my knowledge people prefer fast travel and such. Not trying to say your idea sucks, I honestly like it. Just that I don't know if the majority of gamers would appreciate it.

Well there is a 'Fast Travel' option in Oblivion..
Travel to a foreign town, and then being able to move out in the wilderness.
However how should you be able to meet other parties?

As stated by Nox in another thread.
WFaS were released to early.
And updates will occur, how major these patches will be, i don't know.
But why can't people be patient? damn...

But yeah, if you can divide the game.. Freemode or Storymode.

Freemode is like Warband, just in Eastern Europe.
Storymode what WFaS is right now.

Yes, it's bugged abit, and dosen't have the same features as in Warband.

But it's still a great game, if you understand the meaning of it, and you can figure out how to play good, in this reform of War.

And that's because, i'm from Denmark myself.. So i got to support my Scandinavian Brothers!
Nawh, but they are a good faction in the game.

I do like Swadia, cause they remind me much, of Medieval Europe.

However i like the Nords alot to, cause they remind me of Scandinavia. (Where i come from)
Even though i destroyed Swadia with Nords, and now i'm destroying the Nords..

In my recent game, the Kingdom of Swadia got utterly crushed.
And since i love Swadia..

I think this, could be an fun addition to the game

We get an change to become evil, and yes scare our enemies so much, they c*** their pants.
About that sex slave part.. hmmm...
Well in Brytenwalda, they got an 'prostitute' which your character, can enjoy and your soldiers, to boost the morale.
But off cause, the 'prostitute' needs to invite some friends over..
And that's understandable, i mean 1 girl with 300-400 men? forget it..

But anyways, this idea could be fun..
There's always plenty of ideas.

I like this idea.

It would bring more realism to the game.
And give players the option, to follow their gameplay style.

Many prefer to be evil in such games, cause they are good in RL.
And I'm one of them

But i hope this will be added/updated.

I never give out the position to my vassals.

One simple reason:

Sometimes, i want to enjoy peace, getting good relations with other kingdoms.. Getting them to see me as an rightfull Monarch.
And also build an massive army, for future campaigns, and also aiding my citizens.

However, when i got Lord to be my Marshall, they always attack different nations, which annoy me alot.

It's never too late to start your own Kingdom. It'll just be a fun challenge. How many of the other factions are still alive? If at least two others are around you'll have a decent chance. If Nords dominate too much those two will declare war on them, which gives you plenty of opportunity.

Well, Rhodoks, Sarranids and Khergits are alive, however Khergits are at war with Sarranids and Vaegirs right now, so i think they'll lose, if no peace occurs.

And what i meant by being to late, is that before i can build a strong kingdom army, the Nords might overrun me.
However i could just attack the Rhodoks, and start my own kingdom up in the highland, and make good use of Archers, and Swadian knights.
(I'm planning on starting New Swadia !)

I've had an Nord character for some time now.
Been working on him for several weeks. (Playing alot too)

I'm actually the strongest of all the Nord vassals, and i remember, that in the start we were engaged in war with Kingdom of Swadia.
Let's just say, in the start, they won, raiding all our villages etc.
But then i started to move alot more, in our own territory protecting the villages, and giving time to the other Lords to gain more power.
we led an giant campaign, right into the Swadian Heartland, capturing Praven AND King Harlaus.
It didn't take long, before all over Swadia were conquered.

Then King Ragnar, decided to attack Vaegirs, which were a bad, bad move, since my castle where at the frontline.
It didn't take long, for the Vaegir's to get orginized, and attack my castle. All the other Nord Lords, was having a damn feast.
I lost my castle, and had to retreat all the way back to Sargoth, and then re-grouping.
i think King Ragnar realized that we couldn't take them on, so we had peace with them.

But then, we had war with Rhodoks, and i captured an Castle. (At that point, my army was the biggest of all Nords)
However losing men, was an daily rutine.

I can continue with this, but the main point is, that i helped the Nords to much, and we ended up with having Nord, Swadian and Rhodok territory..
It's to late, to start my own kingdom now, so i'm just going to stick with Nords until we own everything
