    Quelqu'un saurait-il s'il est facile de modifier le comportement des AI (bots) ? Par exemple, quand on se bat contre des archers (ou n'importe quel ennemi ayant des armes à distance équipées) et qu'on se cache derrière un mur, l'archer va attendre d'avoir une ligne de vue pour se mettre à tirer. Il va peut être faire quelques pas de côté vite fait mais rien de très osé. Le comportement le plus logique serait se se reculer/ se déplacer sur le côté jusqu'à trouver une ligne de vue, ou bien sortir son arme de CàC s'il est déjà près.

    J'ai quelques pistes mais je sais pas si elles sont exploitables :
    - Augmenter l'agilité/l'athlétisme des bots, pour que leurs p'tits pas de côté ressemble plus à un vrai déplacement et qu'ils ne restent pas plantés comme des légumes
    - définir l'arme de CàC comme primaire, l'arc comme secondaire (bof... et je sais pas si ça marcherait)
    - supprimer tous les murs et obstacles de toutes les scènes oups
    - trafiquer des fichiers du jeu je ne sais encore comment.

    Tout tuyau serait le bienvenu...

    Si le menu de personnalisation du personnage n'est pas trop changé ... il faut que tu retrouve ce qui est en rouge dans menus.txt ... et une fois en jeu il faudra que tu sélectionne le choix du noble.

    Ça me va ! Merci beaucoup ! Et si je comprends bien, c'est module system d'un mod qui te permet de savoir à quoi correspondent ces chiffres, et même, de créer les fichiers txt sans avoir à nager au milieu des marées de chiffres ?
    (d'ailleurs, le "100" qui suit, j'ai vu que c'était l'argent de départ^^ mais c'est effectivement pas optimal d'y aller par "essais")...
    je verrai si je me mets un jour à l'édition des mods avec les module system, le langage Python, etc., mais en attendant je trouve que Morghs Editor donne déjà un grand potentiel!

    Not helped a lot ? So, It could be a good idea to modify swadians reinforcements in the partytemplate file so that swadian lords lead more squires/pages/knights, no ? After all, it seems natural that Swadian army boasts more horsemen than footmen, to be more powerful...


    But anyway there is really something wrong  :mad:! When I see a battle 12 swad crusaders (paladins+priests) vs 80 vaegirs, they are defeated ; whereas when I join the battle as a "tourist", crusaders massacre everyone with maybe 1 or 2 casualties !! You understand what I mean ?

    Yes, the fact every other nation is likely to declare war against swadia is a problem.
    However swadia should "reign supreme with their Heavy Cavalry" : That is why I wonder if we can modify NPC vs NPC battles management, so that swad cavalry is better when fighting on openfield. Maybe increasing the level of swad cavalry ? Any idea, Soulmata ?

    Je travaille depuis peu à customiser un mod (je suis parti de Native expansion), en utilisant l'éditeur Morghs Editor (très bien à mon goût pour les fichiers troops, items_kind1, party_templates).
    J'ai cependant 3 petites questions dont j'ai cherché la réponse loonnngtemps...

    1) Y a-t-il un éditeur des fichiers txt qui permette, entre autre, de fixer l'argent que possèdent les marchands ? l'aide de TheMageLord http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,46290.msg1247972.html#msg1247972 l'explique pour la Native 1.0, du coup, pour NE, le texte n'est pas le même... il doit cependant s'agir de ce passage :

    comment trouver les quelques nombres qui m'intéressent là-dedans^^ ? :roll:

    2) Comment démarrer une nouvelle partie en donnant 1000 de renommée à mon perso dès le départ ?ça rend le jeu beaucoup plus intéressant pour des joueurs vétérans qui veulent directement une partie intéressante ! (on a tous fait les débuts de jeu des dizaines de fois...)

    3) Peut-on modifier la façon dont l'ordinateur résout les combats NPC contre NPC ? (càd sans que JE sois sur le terrain), par exemple si je veux donner plus d'importance à la cavalerie dans les combats en plaine... Il n'est pas normal que, lorsque je regarde un seigneur swadien combattre contre un seigneur sarranide, le deuxième gagne toujours, alors que si je joins la bataille seul et en touriste, les cavaliers swadiens ne fassent qu'un bouchée de l'armée adverse !
    EDIT : augmenter les niveaux des cavaliers, peut-être ?

    Tout conseil ou tuyau serait le bienvenu ! Merci d'avance pour vos réponses !

    Big Problem in my Kingdom, vassals drop relation from no reason !!!

    I think this topic has already been mentioned, but it's good you bring this up anyway.

    This seems to be a bug.

    I noticed that when you are a monarch, your vassal relations permanently drop by 5 each 5 days (or something like that).
    Even if you fight with them and do whatever you can to increase relations, it's simply impossible to prevent more than 1 or 2 vassals from turning traitors.  In my game my advisor ALWAYS tells me that all my lords have not been visited for a long time. Maybe a module developper could tell us if there is any link with this relation drop...?


    More likely, a lord relation should decrease if he doesn't own enough fiefs (depending on his renown), and even increase if he has many towns/castles.  A lord with 500 renown and who owns 2 cities, 1 castle and 2 villages shouldn't rebel...:roll:

    I'll suggest some little things...

    Gameplay suggestion : When you are a monarch, your vassals should be able to give you their opinion on making war / making peace. Get a (high) bonus relation if you mind them, (high) loss if you don't.

    Building suggestion : Add a stable in castles ; enables the player to hire a few horsemen (for ex : swadian page / khergit veteran lancer/ rhodok scout /etc., for 100 or 120 denars instead of 10+10+20+40=80), and increases the prosperity of the fief. Must be more expensive than other castle buildings.
    And also, why not, a archery training camp, which does same thing but provides archers or crossbowmen (depending on the faction).

    Undoing the Dark Knight Invasion?

    That's pretty difficult to get rid of them quickly.
    If they really dominate and if your kingdom is weak, the best way to do it is to break your oath, join the strongest kingdom (DKs excepted of course) and try to take all their cities. If you have enough renown, lead sieges as the marshall. If not, try to suggest some vassals to accompany you (500 or more renown, and high relation with the lords will help) ; with about 4 lords you may be able to take a DK city.

    But that will disrupt all anyway. If you don't want to deal with Dark knights, you had better to do an other game.

    Yes I have noticed it too. Consequently I don't upgrade my mamlukes... but this bug is annoying anyway. And Sarranian elite troops (both  Spahbod Serden and sarranid zhayedans) also wear bad armor. Consequently ---> they are totally useless.   In comparison with swadian paladins, they are far, far worse...

    Ok, I understand. That's a courageous  behaviour... With only a few fiefs I think I haven't a good enough army if I want to fight 2 kingdoms or more...  Moreover souds difficult to defend cities attacked by DKs.

    Good, eh, MrBlitz ?  :wink:  It's the best moment of the game, I find.

    I think DK always declare war to the best two kingdoms at the time they arrive. So, if the player is a vassal, it's natural the player's kingdom is one of the best two kingdom.
    But I don't understand why did you fought Lord Grife... When you start your own kingdom, you aren't at war with the DKs anymore. Did they declare war against you ?

    Anyway, I think DK and my kingdom won't interact a lot, at least for a (long ?) time. I don't feel necessary to attack them  :cool: ; and, because it's difficult to gain relation with a DK lord, it will not be easy to drain one of them. Am I right ?

    I note all of you say that swadians have been defeated, mainly by Dark Knights. That's surprising, in my game Swadian is weakened but refuse submission. They now own Praven and Yalen, plus 6 or 7 castles near Yalen but also near Dhirim. When DK invaded day 150, they attacked Sarranids and Rhodoks (I was Hakim's vassal) and took Dhirim, Uxkhal, Veluca, and then Halmar and Yalen. (By the way, I see it's different from a game to another, and This is good!^^) ; a bit after, then lost many towns, and they didn't manage to encroach upon the Sarranid Sultanate's territory (thanks to me, in a way^^ Yes, I want to push away DK ! out of Calradia!! ).

    Now I have betrayed the sarranids  :twisted: , I do own 2 towns, and DK own Veluca, Dhirim and Uxkhal. Rhodoks only own Jelkala. I wonder if they will be defeated... Each capital now contains 120+ elite troops  :sad: How will I take Praven with 90 paladins and 80 priests !?

    By the way, Larkin "only" owns 300 troops, I think.

    I have the same opinion.
    We are also often disturbed by border incidents... The fact that famer skirmish may trigger a war is not bad (by the way, why don't lord squabbles /duels /lootings  in peacetime have any influence on kingdom's relations, whereas 3 farmers do ? :roll: ), but whith all these factions, it happens a little to often...  --> mentioning only those regarding the player's faction ?!?
