There's no brothers and sisters either. Sandbox option which frankly should have been in the game first and not the stupid incomplete, boring and buggy quest line.Am I understanding correctly that the primary feature introduced in this update is the ability to disable the main quest?
Screen switching is a lot faster with a bit of ghosting where I see the previous screen for a split second as it builds the new one. Would recommend drawing a blank page first before switching to new screen. This feature wasn't live before. It wasn't on 1.5.8. So it had nothing to do with those issues. This will increase performance depending on your hardware and reduce memory usage overall.
There is some evidence suggesting cavalry charges never worked the way we think they might have (smashing horses galloping at full speed vs masses of armed men) but instead they might have nudged and probed their way into formations (at a walking speed) until gaps appeared and then ran through those gaps until all cohesion on the other side broke.
I wonder what the physics and mechanics of real ancient/medieval battles actually looked like.. I guess we’ll never truly know.
This. Why is the game setup in a way where you need to provide wages, food, and loot to your troops? Most of the early game I have less money, and less equipment than the troops I command.Historically? Because you didn't pay your troops a wage and so they expected to be rewarded with loot.
