  3. Age of Empires: My 2nd Favorite Game

    I played the first AOE very long time ago, liked it alot. But i can hardly get tired of AOEII he´s the best of the imo, play it on lans very often. AOEIII was pretty much very disappointing, i´m not sure what went wrong but it just didn´t feel like AOE, felt so "slow" somehow and maybe i felt it was "too" much graphics.

    The X2 isn´t so expensive as far as i know(then i´m talking about f.x. 4200), just super pointless at this time if your planning it for your gaming engine, since all games don´t support Dual core, yet. So i would wait for some games to be able to use it, and then consider buying it since the price will be lowered, or better cpu on the market for the same price.

    EDIT: After few hours i´m going to my dads work to finish up my computer i´m putting together:

    Abit AW8(i think?) 32X SLI mobo
    2g DDR 400mhz with heatsinks
    Athlon 3500 socket 939
    2x GF 6600
    2x 200gb + 300gb raid0/raid5 stribed
    Alien from NorthQ case(WITH NEON :wink: )

    This machine is build for the future, pretty new motherboard with futurastic options. I´m planning this machine for upgrades when Oblivion comes out :D

  8. Can anyone recommend a good, quite old, strategy game?

    My top strategy/build up game i´ve ever played is Beasts and Bumpkins without doubt.

    It´s not too old but not too new either, the right game at the right time i guess, but still the game never got famous and is pretty hard to find in stores.

    It´s pretty cute game, very fun gameplay.
    Too bad i lost my CD some time ago but anyway you can get it here*clicky* from Underdogs but unfortunately there is no music or movies, or at least i can´t play the music, which is awsome. So if anyone can work that out, pm me please :)

    Is it just me or is the Search engine little... eh, wide? I search "3ds max" and get 415 matches :S It´s quite hard if i´m fx looking for already answered questions and don´t wanna get flamed for asking questions that have been answered numberous times before :roll: Just talking my mind :)...
