  1. SP - Player, NPCs & Troops Troops need more experience gain from battles

Since auto-resolve isn't the reliable way to train your recruited units into something useful anymore. Armies are needing easier ways to train up recruits. There doesn't seem to be a Shared Experience gain at all anymore which is hurting upgrading. I don't like fighting 80v80 battles to only...
  2. SP - Player, NPCs & Troops Ranged AI is too accurate

Totally agree. Archers tend to beat cavalry in a matchup.
    1. Higher tier archer units are too good in melee. They might as well replace infantry entirely and that's what I am basically doing in every battle in the campaign. They whittle down the enemy, and even if they make it to melee there are still random archers in the formation firing at point blank range doing enormous damage.
    2. They are definitely too accurate and the Relative Speed projectile bonus is absolutely devastating against cavalry. It nullifies their armor even if they're a heavy unit.

So archer focused on shooting forward won't suddenly turn 180 degree just to headshot flanking cavalry.

I see this very often as well. Especially against myself. An archer can spin instantly to shoot at any angle. This needs to be toned down.
  3. Fighting battles reduces relations of liege

I have this issue too, but I didn't know it came from fighting in battles. I noticed my relationship with his clan was mysteriously at -50 too when I was last playing.
I hope fighting battles with other nobles is supposed to raise relations, or even saving them from defeat. I almost never receive anything in return for saving a lord from trouble. It seems random when I do get any relationship bonus from them.
  4. Vlandia Levy Crossbowmen - Wrong Formation

The Levy Crossbowmen when recruited or upgraded are automatically placed in Formation 1. The Infantry group. They should be with the archers of course.
  5. Smithing Pieces bug

I have the same issue including 2h axes, 2h hammers, pikes and whatever. It seems like I can't craft half of the weapons even though I do have some random blueprints for them.
  6. Trial by Jury policy - Imbalanced for no fief lords

This law gives a -1 influence point drain every day. Its description also says it gives more power to local officials in settlements. But since you can start off as a lord with no fiefs this policy is meaningless for you and it only gives bonuses to lords with settlements to govern. It should...
  7. Faction Imbalance

Factions are imbalanced right now since lords can lose all their money and not be able to pay wages or recruit new troops. And if they are the only person in their party or in fighting shape, bandits will attack and chase them around constantly. A lot of lords get stuck in a loop eventually like this with no money and constant attrition.
  8. AI has a pretty bad bug.

Apparently the only way the AI can make money is by winning battles and plundering gold. If they're losing they will get stuck and never be able to recruit armies without player assistance. Vlandia is having the most trouble with this.
I really hope the developers fix this ASAP. It's breaking the entire point of the campaign. I haven't seen a 1000-man army since the first hour of my campaign.
  9. Lords going bankrupt/not recruiting men

I think is this the biggest problem for game balance right now as I am often seeing lords from my faction and others being defeated and kidnapped by looters, mountain bandits, steppe bandits and etc. Because they are running around with only themselves ready to fight in their parties and 30 wounded troops. The troops apparently never recover their health since the lord has no money? Wounded troops not recovering might be another bug that is part of this.

Drapand castle is a particularly bad spot with the sheer number of looters spawning between it and the rest of the world. There are 3 lords of one dynasty who apparently always go back to that castle and become stuck just because of the looters.

King Dethert is constantly being attacked and kidnapped by bandits unless I give him money and escort him around. In this case he had 0 denars and his army was decaying because of it I believe.

I'm on day 240 and the world is kind of in a state of where most factions can barely afford to assemble armies because looters are harassing all these bankrupt lords who can't leave their castles to recruit or collect taxes or whatever they do to make money.
  10. Battania domination

Turns out that AI rulers can go bankrupt and not be able to afford their own armies. Ultimately becoming stuck in a loop after a few bad defeats. This is especially bad when they can't leave their own castles due to looters spawning in the dozens. If you notice your own faction barely ever forms armies to attack or defend, this is probably why.

This is really messing up campaign balance.
  11. Vlandia Early Infantry too weak?

I think Vlandia armies tend to get decimated too quickly when they're in infantry battles. Their cavalry are supposed to be strong in melee but other nation's infantry/archer combinations tend to wipe out the bulk of Vlandian forces pretty quickly. Which makes any cavalry supplement useless...
  12. Bannerlord 300 day campaign map timelapse

I don't believe this can be considered very valid since right now there are bad settlement and castle placements that cause several lords to go bankrupt. Then never be able to recruit troops after losing a few battles. Leading to the AI never being able to contribute to their faction's wars.
I'll be interested to see how longterm wars go once the AI for rulers can always reliably build up their forces. Battania doesn't seem to be affected by bandit party overloads as much by being out in the middle of the continent.
  13. [BUG] Defeated Lords can't leave castles or recruit - Too Many Bandits

I actually noticed that too. One of the lords I talked to in the castle only had 1 denar on them. So as a way to test whether I can get relationship points via gifting- I gave them 1000 denars (her opinion of me didn't raise). She left afterwards went back into the world when I cleared the area somewhat.
I didn't know they actually have to spend their own money on buying troops either. This makes it even worse.

    edit:
I've discovered that lords must lose their armies to attrition when they're out of money. I just watched King Dethert's party out in the field dwindle from 7 men to 5 with 0 denars. Now he's about to be destroyed by bandits for the 6th time probably in my playthrough and it's only day 240.

  14. [BUG] Defeated Lords can't leave castles or recruit - Too Many Bandits

I may have found out the reason why my faction of Vlandia can barely form armies anymore. Lords when defeated apparently spawn back at castles with only themselves in their party. Since they are in a castle with no way to recruit. They stay that way. If they try to leave a castle with looters...
