Love the mod but theres one little problem. I have no trouble at all running the game and get alot of fps, but when it comes to hills/forests in this mod its hell.. i get around 10-20fps instead of normal 60-80(I know it doesnt sound that bad, but its annoying). Perhaps you could have some work around without changing the graphics settings to low? I read a post about the same issue but in Prophecy of Pandor mod and they came up with the solution that didnt reduce the quality but increased the preformance. Other than that the mods great and I recommend it for all the fans of the series!
I'm playing version 1.3 and I have encountered a bug regarding appointing a seneschal to a fief. After appointing a seneschal to kings end, my following weekly budget shows my earlier wealth as 0, and my new wealth is just equal to the net change in wealth. This means any money I had before the weekly budget is gone.
Otherwise this is an excellent mod. One of the best I've played. Great job Cozur.
I'm at day 130 on version 1.3.1 and the game is getting really buggy. As the game progressed I started accumulating more bugs. First my hair and beard disappeared, then the town merchants lost their clothes, and now all the marketplace shops only stock a couple of peasant tunics and have no money. Is version 1.2 more stable?
How do you eliminate an enemy faction? I'm playing as Ravenstern and we just finished taking over every village, castle, and city belonging to Sarleon. Is there something else I have to do to eliminate Sarleon?
I know I'll sound like a noob, but all skills cap out at 10? So getting a skill to 11 won't make any difference? But getting the base attribute, such as strength, above 30 will still increase the damage you can do?
So by the later stages of the game, is it a good idea to have a Trainer level of 10? I think this is a good idea as well, but I'm just afraid that doing so will detract from your combat abilities.
Is there a specific mercenary that you allocate Trainer skill points to?
Early in the game, leave it to companions. It only trains the troops below your level, so at first you aren't doing much with Training anyway. I start to pursue a high Training by level 20-25 though because it helps replenish troops from recruits more quickly. Int doesn't do much for combat as you note, but it is good for lots of things that are nice to have at high level: Surgery and Pathfinding, for example.
Is it a good idea to increase your Trainer skill or is it better to hire a companion to do this instead? I'm wondering about this because spending points on intelligence takes away from your strength and agility, so you won't be as good a fighter.
