Resolved Cannot delete corrupt save.

Game saves are corrupt, cannot delete. I have opened C/documents/bannerlord/game saves and deleted its contents but the corrupt saves still appear in-game.
I have the game on my Vortex mod software from Nexusmods but I have 0 mods installed for it

Check if you have steam makeing saves on their end?
Right click the Bannerlord in steam, choose Properties.
On the first page(General) there you'll find somethign called - Steam Cloud under that you'll see a box "keep save games in steam cloud etc".
Make sure that its not "checked" marked.
I dont recall how to delete steam cloud savegames, I had to google it back in day when something "similar" happend to me.
I never pick the steamcloud option, but yet it bugged like that for me.
May not be the same thing, but worth a shot
