No, there's an issue with a particular protocol - you have to use a legacy browser such as Internet explorer.
Like Fietta said: try a different browser. If it doesn't change anything, go through the steps explained in this announcement:
make the sound when game actually starts diffrent or louder....looking at the picking for 2 mins is just cancer and if you tab away i offten forget to join server

I joined a WBMM server but the website still doesn't let me through the login screen. Any help?

why not just make a pro club and noob club and best 10 plaers from noob get into pro club everyweek and worst 10 from pro club drop? then everyone can be happy and play MM ??

Yeah I already did that, but the website still shows the same message. I might try just making another account and see if that works.
If it's of any importance, when I join a server it says I'm NOT on the whitelist.

As it seems you already made a MM account with this id but you can't sign up 2 accounts on the same id.
