I had an awesome game going in .950 - there was a horde of the Khergit Khanate rushing around, over 700 men. I update and my save game doesn't work.

Is it supposed to not work? I'm fine with that, but I didn't think that little updates changed the status of save games.

Are the save games supposed to be incompatible? Just from .950 to .951 it doesn't appear that the save games work.

The empty scabbard is my favorite thing, with the water being a very close second.

Attention to detail is amazing, this is the best game ever. And besides, I gladly support any small group like this that has the dedication, skills, and sheer balls to shove it to those multi-million game efforts.

But here is a question: If you have a good trade bonus, can you make money buying lame horses and selling them when they heal?

Think about this...

What about the ability to swing with a spear/lance/stabbing only weapon? It could do blunt damage. Takes a while to swing, but does a lot of damage because of weight and speed.

Are there any mounted archer units?

And also, does anyone here find watchmen awesome? They are pretty good at ranged, they have crossbows. And they aren't that bad at close combat. Nothing good, but they are easy to get and do well.

That story that you told about how you bought the game is oddly familiar to mine.

Some twisted logic there. Radicals put a bad face on their religion. Most muslims are very peaceful people, its a shame that so few can stereotype so many.

Imagine if radical christians were to bomb something and everyone thought christians were horrible... O wait, that didn't happen, but we invaded an innocent country!

Did you change something to accomodate M&B?

If you haven't done anything, then check if its plugged in. I know it sounds stupid, but you can't guess how many times my speakers weren't working and I found out that they had become a little plugged out.
