I am also getting the freeze as well. No message. I click connect, nothing happens, I click it again and the connect option fades out and the back button is slow to work if it all. The one variant I received was a message that the server I was trying to connect to was using version 1.110 and I was using 1.113. That happened just once. Connecting via favorites gives me the same problem, no response.
I had no problem connecting to multiplayer until today.
As for a cahed server list, where would I find that and erase it?
