At the second hand, Rhodok's strongholds are easy to capture.
One pros - in my opinion - are Rhodoks Sergants and tactical position on map.
Turn your Campaign Difficulty to Good and try to take Rhodok fiefs again after a few months. They'll be the hardest in the game to take, period. Their Sharpshooters will tear any kind of troops to shreds, and their Sergeants will hold the ladder against anything. Yes their lower tier infantry sucks, but if you are a man and play at Good difficulty you'll mostly face their top tiers. And those are beasts.
