Besides, if modders have already added the other perks in, why is it such a big deal for TW to "officially" do it? Just go download the mod.
Complaint about this might be that some mods stop working after another new patch.
Well what is a mod? Isn't it when developers
first implement a set of functions that create all sorts of opportunities, and
then some modder comes in and enables it? So that when developers change functions(for the sake of improvement, replacing placeholders with core for future content, refactoring, etc.) mod have to be changed too.
So i agree, when they know that something would be changed later, they should not waste time polishing something temporary now.
