I honestly don't think this is broken. In war time they bring their feifs so you're essentially buying those in oracle time they are giving up their feif and should be compensated. If you want someone cheaper find someone with no feif.

Agreed 100% however the auto resolve is still broken even at that rate.

I thought that my cavalry would wreck everything easily Swadian Knight style, but the amount of red killfeed was astonishing. Its not in actual combat that the issue is its the auto resolve function

This exactly --- the Cav bonus in auto resolve is insane - also IDK if arrow numbers are accounted for in auto calc which could be a compunding issue

I dont think the units themselves need to be nerfed they should be strong. However they just have overwhelming numbers of them and IMHO that seems to be the issue.

I only found their horse units troublesome because of the speed advantage on the world map. In actual battle they get slaughtered by javelin cavalry and foot archers that aren't under AI command. Just follow an army and hope you take control of archers and mow down their horse archers while the melee cavalry inevitably charge outnumbered into the infantry and get massacred. If anything melee cavalry needs a buff.

Yes, but in sim battles is where i am finding the difficulty. I like to be a part of the fight, if I get knocked there is no reason my 1200 unit army gets stomped when "sending troops"

If I had not played warband and so many amazing mods, if I did not have the expectations of what bannerlord could be, and had never heard of TW. If saw this game on steam and picked it up it and just played it i wouldn't feel like i wasted money. I've already got over 200 hours in this one. Now, having said that, this game is not where I wanted it to be, but the foundation of the game is there. It lacks depth and honestly until additions are made i don't know when I will pick it back up. The warband/bannerlord concept in itself makes this game good.

I agree with your post, this game is good now. If you added nothing else and just made it stable it would be a good game, but all of us here want this game to be great and honestly its close. It has the surface level stuff but lacks the depth you've described.
