Why we(WSC) got lost with MOIHLEBELI if they didnt response for my match proposal?

I send a message to MOIHLEBELI on April 29 about match, and still no response from them.

What about our match WSC vs Stratovarious, Stratovarious didnt show up at 18.00BST. (i have got message from Brutus that they are on the server at 17.15BST and I answered that there is still 20minutes till match, dont know were did they go)
And why I Raviolosi vs West Side came to 5aSC2013_Germany_3 and kicked my team without any explanation to play thier match if they had book other server?
