Hello,

It seems you maybe entered your xml file's path wrong to submodule.xml. I assumed you are trying to add a new module by the way. If this is the case you can check any of main modules' "submodule.xml"s to understand how to enter the path of xmls. If this is not the case I need more information about what did you change and how you get this error.
