Yep i also think it might be a bug. I deleted the module and reinstalled- didnt helped.

Now i started a new game with LEVEL 0 
Maybe know the bug wont appear when the lord loose fiefs

Hope someone can still help me to kick those losers out of the towns
and start gathering new troops...

The goal is to retake the lost towns and castles?
Then the lords got their fiefs back and start gathering troops again?

But i dont want to support 5 lords! 

And how can i change this situation, because it seems that these lords are completely inactive?!
I dont want to start over again or to leave the faction because of my good relations to the lords etc.... 

please help

So know i started patrolling about my siege party and after 1-2 days - BAM the attack began and the 1400 man of the sarleons took the castle!    Know the king and his fellows are besieging the next castle and now im looking forward to the next slaughtering

So i just had to wait and defend the friendly lords a while and the action is going on. NOW ITS DEFENETLY THE BEST MOD OF THE WORLD !!

Why do castles have more than 250 man and cities 600? This is just so lame if you are not a professional player! I dont know what to do in the mod (which is fantastic with the new features and items) But i cant attack a castle with over 250 defenders with my 95er party!!
And ur crazy trick with the bowman attacking till the arrows are running out, than attack again etc. is bug using and nóthing more?! 

Where is the great experience in this mod?? I cant attack with my 90 man altough i got night armored longbow etc. they all when i try to attack the castle.

Now what i do is making money and helping some friendly lords killing enemies on the battlefield and thats it? PLease explain me how to get more out of the game and how to improve my gameplay because atm im just travelling and fighting some enemy lords ON THE BATTLEFIELD not at sieges (like in native). Or please tell me how to lower the unit size in the castles!!

Sorry for my critisism (hope the word is right) but i really want to improve my mod-expierince right now!

So i could patrol around the my sarleon lords to prevent them from following these 6 idiotbandits. Do u think then they will attack after some days ??

yep empire and d´shar! And they are looting villages etc but nothing more! Just some sieging and travelling and fighting enemy lords. But everything on the map is like in day 1 although there are alot of "wars"

I am using 2.03!

The king of sarleons has about 230+ the following lords about 40-120, the casltes often about 250 defenders and one or none lords inside!! But they wont attack (often the lords are atracted by other little Parties like Warlords etc.) It is very frustrating because the taking of castles and cities was a nice experience in native!

I have about 80 peolpe and even with knights and the beste bowman i failed to take a castle alone, and i cant get a lord to help me!

Now i just dont know what to do in the game because i wanted to fight beside the sarleons till i feel rdy to make my own kingdom..
