I noticed this today, and would like an answer too. WTF two suns? Is this suddenly another world, and not Earth?

Okay, another face code question. Do face code generation seeds require a new save?

I have a few small questions about basic troop file edits.

1: Would R63ing (that is, flipping their gender flag, and nothing else) break anything? I tried with the Mercenary and Freelancer trees and it was fine. Can I just do this for every non-unique troop on the main trees, with no problems? IE Nobody with a name, no townies, just those in the Floris troop tree report. I'm pretty sure flipping the Lords around would mess things up, eh?

2: Is there any way to easily denote a large range of troops, then flip all of their gender flags at once, with any kind of editing tool or otherwise? Or must I flip each one manually?

3: If I R63 a troop  but do not alter their face codes, will they look all goofy and weird, or like women with men's faces or men with women's faces?

Oh yeah? I'm so used to Floris... I'll give that a shot then, thanks!

Is there any health regen integrated into PoP? I can't find it, and I despise having to choose between just watching battles, or going in, getting killed, and being unable to issue more orders. I enjoy a mod I use that gives health per kill, does PoP have a Module System I could use to integrate it with modmerger?

... I assume you mean through editing the troops.txt file.

Apology accepted. I can see where the assumption came from, lord knows I have known many guys like that. But no, if I wanted a sexy game, I'd go play my Sims 3 game with mods and create a lesbian convent or something. Warband is doing what you so seldom see and what I love so much: When used with the proper mod, you can have whole armies of badass, hardcore girls in REAL armor, not chainmail bikinis. It's a wonderful experience for a lifelong gamer girl who is sick and tired of being forced to play big macho dudes in almost every game ever made.

Actually, no. And... I'm sort of offended that you sent me to look at an adults only 21+ mod. I am not some perverted guy looking to get his jollies by watching nekkid digital girls, I'm an ACTUAL girl who wants to lead other girls. I want soldiers, not freaking strippers. Don't send me to any more mature mods, or naked mods, or anything of the sort. I am looking for hardcore badass female soldiers, not freaking harlots. I have a fiancee for that.

I've edited my troop tree and rolled Windy Plain's Killer Regeneration into my mod.

Now the edited troop tree worked before (though I did build Floris with the dev suite this time), and the Killer Regen worked before. But if I try to use both at once, it breaks the new character screen. Stuff is in the wrong place, changing the gender doesn't make Squire into Lady in Waiting, it doesn't display my skill and stat gains, and hitting Next will not proceed to the next part of chargen.

Bwuuuuh??? Is there some simple fix to this or what?

And while I'm at it, is there any place with alternate Floris troop trees that fans have made I can look at? I just want a different girl troop tree, as I don't want a boy army and the Sword Sister tree is a bit... bland if it's all you use.

Hey all. Can anyone point me to  good mod with an interesting all-girl troop tree?

I've tried Floris, and I really really love it, but the Sword Sister tree, even in Expanded Troops is just SOOOO dull! A good deal of their troops are just 'this one has swords, this one has blunt weapons' and are otherwise identical. I spent 3 whole days writing a custom troop tree only for it to break the character creation screen, making it unusable!

Now I'd be happy with some pre-made alternate femme trees for Floris, or a new mod entirely, or merging a mod, whatever! All I want is some method to play with an all-girl army that isn't extremely one-sided and dull. Can anyone recommend a way to do this?

I was using the MDS for Native, not the Floris Dev Suite. DOH! This stuff is REALLY complicated! Thanks for your patience and help Windy.

Okay, cannot find my answer. Want to combine a health regen mod with Floris. I've got Module System whatchamajigger, set it up to point at my directory, and put on mod merger, followed all instructions. But now the game is broken, there's tons of ERRORs (caps in the text file!) in my script.txt, and the game crashes saying it can'f find some meshes.

Help please, I've been trying to figure this out all day. How the heck do I set up a MSD and modmerger that won't break Floris Expanded when I add this mod? I'm at my wit's end.

I'm using Expanded if that matters?

Okay, is there a place with an FAQ for merging modules? I've been using MDS and breaking my game. I can't figure out how to roll this into Floris. I've been at it all day, and I'm trying to decipher it all, but it's simply eaten up the whole day I was going to spend playing the game.

It seems MDS breaks it by ripping up the game files. I see huge swathes of 'ERROR' in strings.txt and the game fails to load meshes when launching Floris. A total reinstall lead to the same. Help

You know what, I looked back on the mod page, instead of in the readme, and saw what you meant. I'm dumb, I looked everywhere but there. Thanks!
