This blog update topped all of the previous. Comparing Wraband and Bannerlord shows some extraordinary progress made by you awesome people @TaleWorlds.
A couple of persistent questions:
What is the estimated cost of the game @first release?
Is there any chance to get an online spreadsheet with what you've already completed for the game and what's yet to come? It would have us check it daily for some even smaller updates on yhe project.

There are a couple of programs designated to do so. (TweakMB, for example, yet don;t quote me on this one)

Yes, open the console (control + ~) and turn on the cheatsmenu.

Then walk up to a lord, and choose the filthy heretic options to cheat your way into his pants.

We're surely seeing Bannerlord as a general rework, rebalance and graphical improvement of Warband.
Are the horses going to be ridden like actual animals rather than motorcycles?
EDIT: Taking a quick look at the screenshots I've noticed the horse tilting (?) its head while standing still. It seems like the mounts are going to be fun ^^

The pics provided in the blog not only raise my extreme hype for the upcoming release, but show a great amount of workk done by the devteam and even greater improvement. The inventory system is heading in the right direction with more slots than in Warband. Top that with some coif/chainmail and I'm all yours . Please do not limit weapon choices to 4/5 slots. One could fit there 4 zweihanders, but not a lance, bow+quiveer, sword and shield. the latter seems far more reasonable. The weapons hadn't had much of an impact to the character's movement speed, that should be considered.
Anyway, great job guys!

1. Have you tried asking them with the first Speech line available? "There's something, that I'd like to discuss with you in private" That dialogue option is somewhat tricky, because you have to pick your motto for the rest of the game and use when with persuading.
2. Recruiting works the same way as with the first problem. Owning unassigned fiefs (though highly advised) isn't required, as well as any other specific conditions.
3. Even though it isn't confirmed, nor denied, it seems, that having a companion converted to lord doesn't affect relations the way, that you mentioned it.
