I get up in the morning at 7:00, Go over to our track in town and do Plyometrics; runnning, jumping, ladders, stretches, etc. After an hour of that, hike over to my HighShool and do an hour to an hour and a half of weightlifting; bench, curls, squats, lunges, etc. After all that jog home and become a lazy bum for the rest of the day, atleast untill football practice starts this fall.
