The title might not be too clear, so what I mean is, let's say I want half of my infantry to go to one position, and I want the other half to go to another position. Will I be able to split up my units like that, or can I only give commands to the whole unit?

I'm kind of new, but I wanted to know if you could become a king of an existing faction. We'll use the Rhodoks as an example. Could I become the king of the Rhodoks? If so, how can it be done??
