soo forget everything i wrote above, i dont think i have found his brother yet, i think i talked to another dude who's name looked like Aelfred.
i've tried to visit every inn in West Seaxe and send a message but i didnt find his name there.

so i got this quest that i gotta leave a letter to the king of west seaxe but when i do it he says talk to my brother but when i talk to his brother i dont get any option to do with a letter, so i was thinking that i might need better relations with the kingdom of west seaxe but idk how to.- Tkosj
