Get the rivendell leader armor with +44/+20 and you will survive much longer. Get the dunedain warhorse too, and you will steamroll lots of troops.

I think I will play orcs until next patch to have a more challenging gameplay. Even though they are so underpowered at the moment.

The game gets boring after a while playing the elves because orcs/bad guys just suck.

- Charge is overpowered. With the special horse from Rohan, you can "one-shot" a long line of orc archers just by charging their line.

- Orc weapons are very weak. They barely scratch my armor and horse armor. Sometimes, I don't even have to use my shield.

I have played for an hour now and I'm completely impressed by the quality of this mod. The details of the towns, of the GUI-graphics, of the voices and the models of e.g. tribal orcs......it is just amazing Really very talented people in TLD team.

Congrats for the release, TLD Team! I'm eager to play the game in a few minutes.

Keep up the good work TLD-Team. The release is close now and we are all eager to play the game.

The new screenshots are amazing as usual. I hope the gameplay will be equally amazing. I mean, nice looking stuff is good, but at the end of the day it is the gameplay that counts.

Beta-Testing still up? Or have you guys returned to development?

Come on guys, release it already. I need an excuse for not learning for boring summer exams 

I must say, I have had little hope for this mod for various reasons. Especially about its quality. But after seeing the screen shots, you have my respect. Lots of work and lots of love to the details.

People will always find a way to cheat - one way or an other. Don't let it destroy your fun.

I have the same problem.

Also: Sometimes one of the servers disappeared (after clicking "Start Search") even though I just was on it and I knew it was online. And then it was there again after a while (no it was NOT offline. I asked the people that were still on the server)

I hear this one often. Especially from archers/xbows that think they should be able to take on cavalry on open field by just standing there and trying to hit them

Steve0  don't make this personal. I  think your implication that horsemen are underpowered should be in another thread, this one is for changes in tactics and giving them more options then those they currently deploy.

Riders don't need more options. They have lance, they have weapons to swing like sword or 2handed and they have projectiles.
