    On the off chance that this thread is still active, I have a question.  Do the different commanders have different stats?  I always seem to do great with Marshall Blucher, OK with the Austrian Guy (forgot the name), and crappy with all the others.

    Actually there were many women who served in the Napoleonic Wars disguised as men, so that's something.  Also there were two who served openly.

    There's Friederike Krüger, a Prussian Grenadier who was found out during a battle but was still allowed to serve.  She made it to corporal and won an Iron Cross.

    There's also Marie-Thérèse Figueur, who served as a dragoon and hussar in both the French Revolutionary Army and Napoleon's Army without ever disguising herself.

    Finally got back from vacation and found out that the 20th was already taken!  I didn't realize that regiments from mods were counted.  Sorry if I gave anyone offense.  Gonna have to find a new name.......

    Tom Cruise spinning with a polearm to fend off about 5 enemies. Spinning is not unrealistic, it's just that the animation in MM is a bit unrealistic-looking. However, Ward and I have emphasised with the blocking example that just because things don't look right it doesn't mean that it can't represent a realistic situation or crucial function in the gameplay.

    If Tom Cruise can do that with a much larger polearm and similar dressing to an Napoloenic soldier then I'm sure Napoleonic soldiers did it as well, the difference being that the Napoleonic soldiers' lives were at stake, and here Tom Cruise is just an actor. If your life is at stake I'm sure you'd spin in whatever way you could to fend off a lethal incoming attack. And this DLC wants to be immersive? - capture that sort of immersion with keeping fast turning.

    If you think that a movie with Tom Cruise in a coreographed fight scene counts as realistic, then you have a pretty poor grasp of the word's definition.

    You add the troops in the correct place in the module_troops file? By the other companions?

    I followed an old tutorial on how to add new companions and built the modules with no errors, but my new companions won't show up in taverns.  Any idea why this is?  I've had a lot of experience modding Morrowind and Oblivion, but Python is new to me.  If taverns are out of the question, is there a way to spawn the companions in edit mode or force them to appear at a set location or in your party from the beginning?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Are there any mods to add extra low level companions without any other changes?  That "Lots of More Companions" mod is crossed with Diplomacy, which I don't really want.  Also, most of the companions are really high level.  I took a look at the how to create companions thread, but I have absolutely no modding experience, so there's no way I can do that....
