Apparently when you load an old save and you gain experience in one skill it will recalculate the level of your skill having in mind the new requiriments for each level and your whole pool of exp that you previously had.

The old save will simply adjust itself to the new environment. Can you give us a specific area that would possibly conflict using the new patch info?

(ive yet to experience any problems in my old saves on the new beta, I of course only use certain mods that don't interfere with the base game concepts)

Sure, but if you encounter a bug make sure to mention if you were using mods and the original version in which the save was created, i am not trying to imply that you wouldnt, but some players could lead the devs to waste time on something worthless. Cheers.

Looks far more realistic, surely they are wearing like 4 layers of cloth and the average soldier wasnt super fit neither. (Perhaps professional soldiers from the empire and knights of Vlandia, but thats it)

Everybody make sure you are testing the beta on new saves, not saves from previous versions please.

They should make it so any equipment at your back disappears if you have a cape on (quivers, weapons,etc) I would rather have my char drawing a sword from thin air than having that bugged sight of a cape. Probably shields could stay as long as the cape doesn't go through it.

Pravend was a capital of the Empire at some point, perhaps when they conquered the land around it, but then they sort of abandoned that part of the continent as they moved deeper, it was basically ruins when the Vlandians settled there, otherwise it would be owned by Derhert and they would have made it their capital.

It is quite hard to realize which is the true cultural capital of the Empire, or at least the bigger city.

-We know Lycarion was the seat of Arenicos during his rule, but we dont know whether he already owned it beforehand, or if he ruled Onira and was given Lycarion due to it being the capital of the Empie. I guess the low prosperity at the start of the game is due to the riot after Arenico's death.

-My second option was one of Lucons' settlements, since in theory one of those was settled the Senate, but neither of those have 2 villages attached to it, their prosperity at the beggining of the game aint great, and neither have Tier 3 walls.

- The more prosperous town at the whole Empire is Ortysia, but it doesnt have T3 walls.

-Sanopea has T3 walls and high prosperity, plus it is owned by clan Neretzes, so it was probably Emperor Neretzes capital. (It is weird that their formed figurehead was killed just at the rebellion, to then be succeded by someone that supported Lucon...)

-Zeonica is probably one of my best bets, it is at the coast, it has 3 towns attached, it is well defended by both sides, T3 walls and pretty high prosperity.

I got 3 towns and 1 castle in my current play, tbh i can't complain about the system.

No, you can actually create your own kingdom rn

Great job, now i can start a full merc playtrough.

Imagine If a really strong faction invaded after a faction retakes the whole territory of the three factions of the Empire. That'd extend the gameplay and give room for the other factions to reclaim land from the dominating one.

You simply cant marry any clan leader, so you cant get any easy fiefs. Hopefully the whole family, clans and diplomacy is enhanced in the future and you become able to join other clans instead of making your own, then struggle from the inside to take it over or inherit it.
