Hey, I just wanted to note that although I love the cloaks and such, there are some clipping issues: The hood usually passes through the lower jaw. (Im playing with the villanese -awkward name, makes em sound evil- so the clipping thing is everpresent) Too bad the cloaks aren't as tough as they are visually appealing.

Purely modeling issue.
Oh, and I noticed that if you join a battle between two factions, the side that you join
against does not drop in its relation status toward you. I tend to abuse this to get good loot, money, prisoners, and (the other faction's) relation improval.
Eh, I believe that elsewhere someone told me that heroes will later (in future versions) have quests for joining and that they will be modified to be more unique. (Answer received based on my own question). I love that. Even more heroes would be great too, but its probably difficult to make quests for all of them, and make 'em all "unique".
I reported this elsewhere, but will repeat it: While there remains the option of becoming a vassal to a faction and gaining fiefs from it, you cannot build anything in villages as a vassal, although you can build in castles. Later I heard that you are not supposed to join a faction at all... And since it becomes buggy with the mod after becoming a vassal (the mod simply does not look into that direction), there is a conclusion that becoming a vassal should be eliminated as an option completely. Becoming a merc, on the other hand, I believe should remain. Its realistic. On the other hand, becoming a vassal could be an alternative, in which case the inability to build in villages should be fixed.
I had some other suggestions, and some of the above have probably been mentioned, I have no wish to search through 20+ pages...
