Resolved Game broken after steam forcefully applied latest E 1.4.0 hotfix to manual Beta 1.4.1 version
I have similar issue. Playing on 1.4.1 ( no issues). Today steam applied patch for 1.4 but somehow it made saves for 1.4.1 not working.
Crash when loading save that worked fine hour ago.

In Progress Can't change daily default in city due to icons beng outside borders
Hi. Thank you for great game. Bug: Ver. 1.4.1 Nividia Gforce GTX 1060 Res: 1920x1080 ( tried another one as well ) The icons of daily defaults are misplaced ( was fine in 1.3.0) imige : ( can't insert for some reason )- stigingeoy
