I can't play it because I can't invert the mouse, and they have reversed left/right from what I am used to from here. Once they have some control options I can try it out again, though I have really low framerates in game as well. Same problem I had with chivalry honestly, which kept me off any servers that had more than 12 people. It must be a UDK thing.
Anyway real cool this seems to have show more people how great mouse blocking/swing directions are in game. I'm curious if things like the parry/locking thing would take away from some of the depth. Mechanics that hope to balance themselves by people messing up the controls are ok for a bit, but eventually a lot of people will know how to block consistently all the time, might be frustrating to get forced to swing when you don't want to by your opponent.
You can invert your mouse by opening the console with "~" and typing "InvertMouse".
To lower your graphics you can go to: Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\KingdomsRise\UDKGame\Config\UDKsystemsettings
and change the settings to this to improve your FPS
