    Well, maybe in battle no, but it was considered a knightly skill to be proficient in archery. Also, just cuz: Samurai (equivalent in social status to European knights) were expected to use the bow in battle, and like the katana and later the yari, the yumi was the samurai's most prized possession. So... knights of some kind did use bows... just not European ones. I'm not sure about Arabic armies back then, but I'm pretty sure the horseback composite bow was used by semi-noble warriors and elite slave warriors like ghulams.

    The only thing I really care about is the map, factions, and characters.  I would like the map to be posted if it is finalized and if the dev team think it is time.  I can wait but damn I want to know the lands that I will be conquering.

    The Halfling in Edoras (Merry) is glitched.  It looks like someone has him in a "full nelson" - it is a wrestling death grip.  Can anyone else confirm this or is it only me? 

    Great mod btw, Ijust started playing lastnight.  I played for four hours without a single crash.
