No, it's really simple.
*Opens Photoshop*
1. Open the blank banner, the whitish one, in RGB mode obviously. Resize it if it's not
140x342 pixels.
2. Duplicate the "background" layer.
3. In layers palette, click on the little "Add a layer style" button which looks like an "f" and choose "Color Overlay".
4. In "Color Overlay" dialog box,
change the "Blend Mode" to "Multiply". Pick one of the M&B colors. "Opacity" can be 100% or you can lower it a little bit, it's not that important.
5. Repeat this for all the other layers you'll use.
