    I didn't do either of those things.  I downloaded .500 from the link in my email and it didn't ask me for my serial key.  Then I downloaded the .510 update by entering my email and serial key, and then the same with the .520 update.

    Edit:  I downloaded the full .520 setup using my email and key, uninstalled Warband, reinstalled using the .520 setup and the problem still occurs.  I don't know if this is actually a problem with the game or just me but I thought I'd might be helpful to share this issue anyway.

    It is an issue with you I am 99% sure. As this problem happened to me when I first installed and tried to use my first CD key. (I bought the game twice, once from steam and once online) And I've seen it happen with other people with multiple CD keys.

    But I've only one serial key.  I'm sure I entered it the same when I applied for the beta and when I downloaded version .520.  When I go to download it, after I enter my serial number and email, says "Beta tester authorized." on the download page.

    I'm wondering if perhaps something went wrong in the registry while I was installing patches and reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    I get:

    "Error"

    "Incorrect Authorization Key"

    shortly after requesting to enter any server.

    I am using .520

    No its cool I know what you are talking about. Don't worry about me freaking out, I am not so obsessive.  I may get excited about enjoying the game but I wouldn't lose my cool over it.

    Your soloing combat tactics

    I press ctrl f4 a bunch.

    But I like the edge of the map thing.
    And I like to shoot people's horses with arrows.


    I hate hills the most because it is harder to lance people for me unless there is a little flat place.  I like open plains with maybe some rivers and not to many trees.

    I just like to slash people and rag dollify them.

    It is a little surprising.  It was more like the opposite.  I got lots of encouragement and a little positive helpful critizism.
    Perhaps the members of taleworlds forums are more mature than others.

    Duty to my men

    I know what you mean plqqqqqqqqq, but when I cheat it isn't only so I can protect my own men, but so I can kill more of the other guys men.
