2. Why do you want in to this server and this building effort, and what appeals to you most about what we are trying to build?

A: I like the idea of a huge city, plus it would be nice to relax on a build server for once, and let the blade rest.

3. What is your vision for the server? With the description above, how do you envision the metropolis, either architecturally, aesthetically, or technically/infrastructurally?

A: Grand, awesome, gargantuan, humongous, enormous, epic, orgasmic, you name it. 

4. What would you deem as acceptable behaviour within the server? How do you understand the term "co-operative builders" and "co-operative building effort"? This is a co-operative server, not PvP.

A: Everyone works together, no one owns anything, or rather, everyone owns everything. Also, no pewpew.

5. What would you say your build style and play style are? Are you detail-oriented, big-picture oriented, etc, etc?

A: Yes, when I focus I can make something epic if I set my mind to it. I would say I am detail-oriented, so I can build what I think would be best.

6. How familiar are you with the Tekkit/Technik pack and the tools within it? (do note that no experience is needed, though it is appreciated)

A: Some experience, but I am a fast learner, so no problem there.

7. What area of city building interests you the most? You'll most likely have to work in teams to build the city properly and effectively.

A: I would like to help with resource gathering and industry!

I would also like to give my thanks to Janus, this server has been awesome, with many fun times.
Can't recollect all the good memories from this server, so it's a shame it had to be shut down.

We almost have succeeded in re-achieving the level of completedness that the colosseum got to on map 3. Need helluva lot more cobble, if anybody's got it

Nooonono, nothing to do with prizes. Maybe bets, but anyhow:
Whatever gear one opponent chooses is okay, if the other one agrees upon same or another gear. However, cheating, as in bringing unforetold backup, bringing gear that wasn't agreed upon, or other factions interfering will be headhunted.
As in:

Interfere and we will **** you up!
I believe it will unite the more honored factions of this server, and keep the fighting among the current factions, and stop quarreling with the smaller factions that just started.
Also, when united, each TW/oldschool faction can unite against a common enemy when the time comes.
I may be somewhat drunk, but that doesn't hinder me in typing somewhat correctly. It just takes me a ****load of time.

Was on this server the Estonian showed me, and they had something I really liked.

A warzone where one could fight to ones heart content, and not lose power.

If a peaceful faction or some factions building together would build an awesome arena, and Janus would maybe change it so that one does not lose power in warzones, and some mods (or Janus himself) could claim the arena as a warzone, that would be good for those who want to PvP, but doesn't want to lose power. Of course, some modesty in fighting would be good, as in giving back items lost, to fight again, for the hell of it.

Just throwing out a suggestion.

Out of the kindness of my heart, since I like this server, I've donated 50$.

If you like this server, donate to it and start playing on it instead of *****ing.

So far, I've donated 100$ I think(?). I'd hate to see this server go down.

I got to say, it was fun doing some real PvP again, although me and the estonian lost.
Really got my heart thumping and lust for blood!

If it continues like this, I'll be playing more, haven't had a decent fight here for many months!

Yes, I completely agree on the "remove peaceful factions" idea, which gives more reason to PvP.
All though I haven't played as long as most of you did, I still think there is hope for this server.
I remember when me and Perterder rebelled against NK, and I have to say, that was the most fun I had on this server. The thrill of being under surveillance of the NK, it always kept me on my toes.
With all this peaceful factions/no players online/herpderphurrdurr, I would propose bringing the old ways back.
No offline cannoning rule, REMOVE it, **** peaceful factions, bring back the multiple factions that were on this server and have fun!
This server has really grown into a ****hole with all of these rules.
When offline cannoning were allowed, you'd always had to stay on your toes, people were afraid of trading, in case it broke "peace rules".

For **** sake, get your heads of your asses, and begin to remember back to ye old days. You remember how fun it was.

And for the love of Jeebus, try to think less of the nether/end and start building awesome stuff, **** potions. If you'd really like awesome PvP, you'd start spend less time on the forums, and more time focusing on the server, building epic stuff and trying to defend it.
Because, people wouldn't destroy epic stuff, and if they did, as I remember it, factions would pool together and defend it.

For **** sake, stop your ****ing whining.
