    Resolved Weird character model glitch

    Had the same problem today for the first time. I visited one of those characters in his castle and there he was a big ball of glitch.

    Negative Building Completion %

    Had the same problem too. Production had a value of -7 and building completion went down into the negative. After some time i revisited the castel and it had changed to positive again and slowly started building.

    Summary: As a ruler i proposed a policie for my kingdom but instead of 50 influence it did cost me way more.
