But you said you are using launcher for mods Ok, nevermind. Try to have a look at selected adapter in game settings. NVIDIA control panel can tell one thing, but what is imho important is in the game. Of course it can be something totally different, but there is really not many another advices right know. Sorry for that.

Maybe the launcher is switching your graphic card to integrated in CPU. Have a look what graphic card do you have in settings.

Or it could be one of the mods? 8 GB RAM can sometimes be not enough if you are running multiple applications along with M&B.

That is why it is called Early Access, I believe there will be much more later. Even now you can see some mechanics in the game which are not implemented yet. Until today developers released new patch every day.

And you said it for yourself, even in this state of early access you had 50 hours of gameplay before you wrote this article

You can move your siege equipment to backup once it is done. It will probably get some hits, but it will mostly survive. I am using trebuchets (they survive a lot). Every time one is made I just move it to backup. When I have all 4 trebuchets, I put them all at same time. They can easily destroy everything that is build by enemy. Then your siege towers are safe (or you can wait untill trebuchets destry walls, then you don't need siege towers at all)

If you want to begin battle without enemy defensive structures destroyed it is better to use only one siege tower and let only ladders for second one. Then you know for sure you have a way to climb the wall.

I found this problem too. I think I had 3 soldiers already trained, 6 left and 1 dead. After fight with rival gang I found my training quest failed.
