The game is really CPU heavy at the moment, I have a 9600k (more than twice as powerful as the FX 8320) and it struggles on big sieges, I think it's something TW will definitely be focusing on, a lot of the recent patches have been performance based
If you're not adverse to mods there's some good ones that balance out the late game experience penalties, meaning you can continue to level even once you hit the soft cap of focus points, it's something TW will no doubt evaluate in future but mods work as a stop gap
Assigning the companions to these roles when they have no learning points free is pointless from what I can tell though, they don't level them at all, even when I find someone with high medic (~60) they won't have any spare capacity to improve the skill
Currently it seems impossible to level companions non-combat skills because they never have any learning points in them and they take so long to level up their combat skills to unlock more, anyone found a way around this because my current build is just specialising my character in all the...
