    This worked for me https://steamcommunity.com/app/261550/discussions/0/2149847049321996712/ It worked for others having the same problem too as seen in 2 threads on the steam forums.

    Guess there is something wrong with that file. Not sure how deleting it will affect the game in the future tho... but at least I can start playing.
