  1. Official Bug Report Thread. Post all problems here!

    Battle script error happened to me as well, only in this particular battle so far:

    - Numerous English Armies v. Numerous Dutch Armies; took place in the middle of Holland (Me w/ the Dutch, as a recruit)
    - Both sides having two cannons

    Also during that battle, I had that India-Pattern musket on my back, unable to take it out at all. I picked it up during a siege of Amsterdam and it was put into my inventory.

    To buy a lieutenant's commission requires like 17500 denars. A captain's twice that. The dialogue will just end like that if you don't have enough money. In both these instances, with the renown and denars, it would be reasonable to add a little check to tell you how much more renown/money you need.

    You should be able to join fights on any side from the get-go.

    Hmm, what I mean is that for me to be able to raze a faction's village, I have to be in negative-standing with them (with their towns/map units having red outlines when hovering over them). But it seems that I couldn't drive my standing with Prussia (I think it was) low enough for that to happen. If anything I got it as low as -10 with Prussia before I stopped, with me stealing cattle from about 4-5 of their villages, but we were still neutral.

    I'd say it has to be around -20 or more. Not sure if it's that exactly, but it should work.

    You should be able to join fights on any side from the get-go.

    Pretty much all of these problems have been reported and answered; you should try reading through the thread first, as to not see duplicated known issues/bugs repeated by multiple people. They're trying to locate and fix new bugs, not the most reported.

    Native compatible mods - such as L'AIGLE are a .rar archive or .zip

    Sure you want to have roleplay, but forcing people to have an RP name goes a bit far. I mean sure if you have an event or something, but some people just want to play with just their own name. Me for one.

    Apart from that, how will you decide what name is RP and which not?

    Hopefully you will not truely enforce this rule?

    The question of enforcing RP names was brought up as a discussion on the main steam group of Roma Oritur, and people were free to agree or disagree. Most agreed that the names should be enforced on the group discussion as well. If you're that negative towards the rule, should've been there to refute it, I suppose. :/

    Really? As if that could make any sense. Yeah we focus on melee for a reason, and can ofc shoot in most occasions, but we being better in melee doesn't require you to go tell us to go to native as a Napoleonic Wars Regiment.

    So, basically what happened was he was using a popular proxy to bypass his school's block on various websites, and it just so happened someone else who used the same proxy for some reason came on and sent those hate messages.
