Hey if you are still experiencing that issue here is a fix.
Download this, its a mod for a console so you can make peace with factions.

First head to your
Documents>Mount and Blade II Bannerlord>Configs>egnine_config.txt and open it.
Search for the line containing
cheat_mode=0 and change it too
cheat_mode=1.
Then download the mod and put it into your
SteamLibrary>steamapps>common> Mount & Blade II Bannerlord > Modules
When you load up the launcher enable it in the mod menu.
Then load the game up and at the bottom it should say "Open the Console". Leave it open and load up your save game
Type in,
campaign.make_peace_with_every_faction and you should be good.
