Please, make sure if we are an overlord who is trying to 'do good' ever catches their underlings 'doing bad', that we can properly punish/smite them for their unruly actions! I always wished I could have told my own kingdom : "We don't raid poor villagers. Ask me for money or whatever else if you really need to."
Edit: on that same note, if the good types are not easily pressured into 'go raid' type commands by 'evil' PCs, the evil PC should be able to be an absolute tyrant and super slap them, etc. Mostly, some consequence to the NPC lords for having been disobedient types.
