    Thanks for the ups guys. Our community has been requesting this for eons now but we've had stumbling blocks due to the legalities and
    the objections of some hard-core anti-DRM opensource folks on the development team. Steam has changed and those developers have mellowed-out
    on the topic (and we need more servers hosting the project due to demand... v2.05 is gonna be a rough release... we'll probably have a few site outages due to demand)

    As of the 2.0 release, this is a standalone game. Doom 3 is no longer required.

    The Dark Mod is a Standalone game that uses the Doom 3 engine to recreate the experience of Thief 1 and Thief 2
    in a modern engine.

    I've bundled all the latest versions of missions (TDM 2.0 compliant or not) into one zip package and made a torrent so
    if we have another server outage due to news coverage (slashdot killed us for a week) it'll be available for folks to tinker
