  1. Vlandian infantry need a buff

I noticed this too while browsing through the troop trees.
thing is, I can't really tell if sergeants are really worse than other top tier infantry, as they tend to work for my playstyle. about 40% sharpshooters, 40% sergeants and 20% banner knights/ vanguard.

I did however see, that my companion armies use more and more sharpshooters in their army composition. giving me a surplus for town garrisons.
but that just might be due to infantry getting killed more often in the front.
  2. Who's the captain in an army fight? What companions perks perk who up?

your worst assumptions are correct. only the ones listed as captain in the army screen before battle are actually captains that provide their perk bonuses. this means captain perks are pretty useless to the player and completely useless to the companions in your own party
  3. How and when is death applied to player?

thats actually a great way to get a better character. start out normally until you can defeat noblemen parties, get married to a good character. now you just have to be evil, execute a few lords until your cruelty is high. then lose battles until executed and boom, high lvl character and good gear
  4. How to increase the number of our party?

the best way in the long run is actually skilling trade up. there is a skill that gives you 1 renown per day for every caravan you own, or alternativly one renown per workshop, if you don't like caravans. that stacks up extremely fast.
  5. Stats of Units are confusing

More importantly all bolts deal blunt damage at the moment. That also needs to be fixed.
pretty sure thats intended, I'm assuming blunt damage is supposed to ignore more damage absorbtion than piercing, which is still supposed to be better than cutting. atm the damage type doesn't seem to matter though
  6. Fastest skill to level?

I don't suppose she gets a party slot to herself, or does she use up of your limited clan slots?
she uses a slot, yes. but your spouse is a better leader than any companion you meet in a tavern. the good ones start with 120 or so steward, she gets a full set of high end armor (which you can use for yourself, im speaking 40+ of armor) and starts with some free units, some elite aswell. on top of that, she pays you as long as her party doesn't grow too large. she is able to lead 80+ soldiers right of the bat.

edit: tried this with sigilt (spelling?) of vlandia and 2 other vlandian wifes (Siggy is best waifu though) her stats are amazing and you can go for her as soon as you have 5-6k gold to buy her from her father (clan level 1-2 for the stats in your own party, and with clan level 3 as permanent partyleader in your army)
  7. What is the ideal troop composition?

Question: i usualy work for Southern empire, but i need advice how too equip Infantry army for fighting cavalry and horse archers?
thats easy, put your infantry on horses...

no, if you want to beat cav heavy armies reliably you either need to seperate them from their infantry and kill them fast with elite ranged infantry or you seperate them from their infantry and kill their infantry fast.
try blobbing your troops together when the enemy is mostly using heavy cav, if he brings ranged cav, meet them with your own (usually they attack your left flank and swap around from behind)
  8. Which leveling system do you prefer Warband or Bannerlord?

I'm pretty sure you can learn past the learning limit and its.just slow.
can confirm this, my steward skill was "locked" to 110 but it leveled to 113 until i could put another focus point into it.
  9. Fastest skill to level?

leadership is easy to gain aswell, only a bit slower, just make an army with your spouse and companions as other partyleaders and get that morale up.
a good wife can initially lead more men than you can until clan level 3, very amusing.

companions are influence free to add to your army. and a spouse even pays for her own party until it becomes too elite heavy
  10. Fastest skill to level?

well, steward may not be the fastest, but its reliably leveling up for doing nothing, as soon as you got some fiefs to govern, you can do what you want, as long as the settlements are happy and security is maxed (very easy to do)
I have 130 steward atm, while my 2nd best skill (polearms) is 104, which im using all the time basicly.

the passive for steward is realy nice too, extra party size, thanks, game
  11. Horseback Crossbow

that is correct, there is a perk in riding, below 100 or so I believe, that allows reloading crossbows while mounted
  12. How to Siege - Siege Engines destroyed by AI every single time

Or you build the tribok and destroy their 2-3 poor little onagers instead
  13. Resolved Creating Army in Kingdom Management

now it should be clear where to click for everyone. compare the 2 screenshots and you realise, that the 1st screenshot shows the bugged version, if you have that one, look at the 2nd screenshot and see that your 3 button control panel is almost hidden behind the army management tab. all you have to do is clicking in the area between the dot in bottom middle and the "disband army" button. works for me
  14. Resolved Army creation or commanding issue

the button is invisible but there, find the dot in the bottom middle of the screen, this is your "revert changes" button. a little bit up and to the right is the "accept/done" button
  15. Resolved Creating Army in Kingdom Management

hi, I found a solution after searching for an hour or so:

the army tabs are just not showing at the bottom, but they are there!, similar to other screens where you manage troops. the small dot in the bottom middle is the revert changes button, a tiny bit to the left and up of it is cancel and, you guessed it, a tiny bit to the right is the invisible "done" button.

I pressed around a bit until I received the message (name of my companion leading an army) is enlisting in (my characters name)'s army
