Its still not working

do i have to extract everything before i can play?

In defending, i usually stand in the ladder way and pick off the enemy. When they get near i finish em off with my bardiche ar when i get pretty low health. Then i go and snipe from the turetts and wait until i have nbo more ammo, then i go and pick some ammo up and repeat. Although occasionally i will just jump down and climb back up the ladder hacking enemies down as i go.

I agree with Orion, the bows, in my opinion, are one of the best weapons in the game.  You just need good skill and a whole heck of a lot of speed

I normally go for the bows as they are faster. But i agree that crossbows are a lot stronger.  As to spears and horses, horses would pretty much kill the spear carriers by charging them down or dodging and swiping at them.  I usually have amix of crossbows and archers in my army. but if i have archers it only the top tierd ones.

Usually i would go for the really strong ones like Huscarls Sargeants and knights. I only keep with me like newly recruited troops to train them.  I can hold up to like 250 people and i usually kill in one hit so my guys in the castle wont need me to help defend it.  If you doubt me, im level 33 with like 20 of everything and my skills are all over 250 and i have lots of experience.
