The bit that is hitting hard now is taking castles. For instance as Marshal I took 3 castles but it took multiple attempts when storming. The result was -60 moral for failed attempts, 3 new castles for the kingdom which gave me +15 moral and I was removed as Marshal for being too radical or something.

winning a castle should have a larger moral boost that 5 I think

Hi All,
      I have a related issue, I have -49 moral for 'days on the road'. Now I figured I need to start following day/night routines, staying at castles etc. but even after staying put for 5 days in a city I only dropped the moral penalty by 3 to -46.

I googled 'days on the road' for warband and Floris but I have no restults, does anyone know how this mechanic works?

Clearly such a huge drop in moral is killing my troup numbers.

Oh and someone above said give leadership points to your followers, I though it was only a skill that worked for the player??
