  1. Militia/Garrisons Units & Replenishment

I've maxed out several castles across my game play and I have noticed the replenishment of Militia seems to be very lack luster giving very few troops per day given the fact you own a castle or town and several weeks have passed by. I've yet to conquer a town but I've had several castles and I...
  2. 143 things to improve in Bannerlord (Singleplayer + Multiplayer)

Wow, finally a good comment. Thank you for telling me all of your opinions.
Well now I will edit it so it does give a lot more info, although first I just wanted to make it simple so it wouldn´t be too long or just overextended, but that is irrelevant.

But also not everything will be a suggestion, as I typed out everything that I had a bit of a problem with, and just wanted for the devs to know what a common player did not understand.

Good luck. I'd refer back to the post in the suggestions rules that's pinned as well. It's entirely up to you if you'd rather have a compilation but they have mentioned that if you have suggestions to preferably make separate posts as they may need to be sent to different departments I'm not here to manage these forums I'm just here to wish you luck and read some amazing suggestions that people have put out there and perhaps clear up some misunderstandings that people have come across.

  3. 143 things to improve in Bannerlord (Singleplayer + Multiplayer)

    Singleplayer:
    1. Character screen does not show character age (I am pretty sure characters age)
Press N > Heroes > Search your characters name top right and you'll find your age.

    2. The skills are somewhat hard to understand, mostly with the gaining of levels in it (perhaps there are just too less options on how to level them), and also the skills do not affect that many things that they should
This is more of a statement than a suggestion. There's 2 icons in the character screen for example "Scouting". There's a + and an I. By default the + tells you what you need to level it, the I is information, stats on it's bonuses and it'll say "Personal" or "Scouting" "Surgeon" Quartermaster" "Engineer". This latter 4 options relate to your clan roles as well, correctly assigning roles may help your skills develop faster. You'll have to expand on an "improvement"

    7. I was able to breed my camel when there was only one in my inventory
    Did you..?

    8. And also the game lacks a lot of variable weapons and armour. I expected much more to choose from
I'm sure more will be added, each faction typically has their own style of weapons and armor.

    9. In the party menu I have to really read all of the icons just to understand what do they stay for
This makes no sense, however it's a statement not a suggestion

    10. Troops such as recruits take very long to level up, but troops such as knights take a similar time as recruits to level up which is very fast
I find that if Recruits kill enemy units they tend to level up faster, but because experienced units typically get more kills, units like recruits level up less frequently. Once again a statement not a suggestion.

    11. Not enough options when talking to a companion (I don´t even know if the clan positions do something)
They provide bonuses to their stats, so if you recruit a companion with 80 scouting, it'll increase their scouting stat and also provide a better line of sight on the campaign map. My companion gave me +4 viewing range.

    13. The quests tab sometimes lacks some info
You need to provide which quests so they can improve on this.

    14. Some quests such as bringing 10 crossbows to a gang leader are unreal as the crossbows cost 20k one piece (I don´t know why it is so much) and the leader will pay me 5k
Balancing issue. Specify the quest so devs can fix.

    18. I don´t know what the traits (cautios, merciful, generous) are even for
These are used in the "Charm" skill in order to persuade people. I'm not sure if they have anything to do outside of Charm.

    20. Also I should be able to see easily if someone is just a mercenary or a king
This comes down to knowing who is who in the game, not necessarily something for a feature. Encyclopedia tells you.

    21. I don´t even know where did I get my enemies
Statement not a suggestion. It's a broad statement, are you a Mercenary, Vassal, King or a lord without land?

    22. The caravans are hard to understand and I can´t really operate or realize what they are doing (Can´t see where are they)
Clan > Parties > Caravan. Caravans are AI controlled.

    23. Can´t track fiefs from the kingdom tab
Clan > Fiefs or Kingdom > Fiefs find your clan insignia.

    24. It is hard to understand someones position from the character icons in the kingdoms tab
Statement not a suggestion. Kingdom > Clans each "Clan" is lead by a lord. These guys are basically Dukes in a hierarchy. One of the Clans is the "Leader" which is the King. A vassal in each of these clans are essentially "Counts" with or without territory. The nobleman's are lords without armies and idle in cities and castles.

    26. The policies don´t affect that many things
Statement.. Make suggestions for 'improvements'. Once you own Fiefs you'll realize some of them cause significant issues on an undeveloped castle, however I find they need to expand the Kingdom diplomacy to allow you to sway the decisions of other Clan leaders BEFORE they vote rather than you being the last one to vote.

    27. I can´t understand the impact if the council doesn´t aprove
Negative or positive relations between you and the other lords depending on your decision. Policy doesn't get passed.

    28. The influence options should be less present
Influence is meant to be a balancer for Armies and Policies. Although "supporting" a clan only increases your influence by 1 using 50 influence, preferably would like this to be 2 at least.

    29. More ways to gain influence
Policies and fiefdoms and winning battles you're at a disadvantage at. Influence should also be gained through Caravans as caravans also help circulate the games economy, or perhaps if you do trading yourself (which I haven't done).

    30. More influence from battles
The influence from battles is fine if you win battles you're disadvantaged at. Handing you influence on a platter will just enable a player to speed through "Support" and "Vote for fiefdom" options.

    31. Easier and more simple ways to gain a fief when unlanded other than taking one or revoking it somehow
Easier..? It took me about 5-6 hours to capture one. Clans typically vote you in if they like you and don't own your first fiefdom.

    32. The army tab could have more info
Explain, what information do YOU suggest.

    33. Cannot understand what the cohesion of an army means
Cohesion means how "united" the Army is. It is a mechanic designed to disband the army if you do not use influence to sustain it's cohesion.

    34. Everyone has a similar head gear so it is hard to even know if the one is a lord/king/mercenary
This is how it should be. Although you can typically find the lord based upon their dress attire such as capes.

    35. More diplomatic options
You need to explain what TYPE of diplomatic options that you're thinking of and make a suggestion or addition to current options.

I'd love to continue and I'm not trying to roast you but you do make a lot of statements and ideas rather than a suggestion. You need to explain more on what you want to see in the game for example with:

#32 "Army tab with more information" You should be able to sort your troops based upon type and rank. So my Tier 6 Cavalry is in rank of Cavalry T6>T1 and then my archers and infantry are the same order in their own cluster. Or add Unit tabs such as I > Infantry II > Archers > III Cavalry that way units are SORTED automatically rather then going top to bottom finding each individual unit similar to their Command tags.

You have a lot of good ideas just not enough suggestions. You are the kind of person that will make this game great but the developers cannot act on ideas if you cannot provide an example accordingly. However some of the things you have mentioned are also balancing issues which will need to be addressed, so you should mention that "Item X is a Full Helmet of Item Y stats should be Z."

Keep up the ideas and elaborate a bit more on them I enjoyed them Frozen.
  4. Siege is completely broken.

Managed to figure out a way around this. Whenever you complete a siege engine, like a trebuchet or whatever, you can quickly click it and there's a "Move to Reserve" option. So, you start building the next one, then instantly move it to reserve. When you finish the third one, you can instantly deploy the other two you moved to reserve and you don't have to build them, they'll still have full health, then you'll have 3 siege engines firing simultaneously which should easily get those ballistae on the walls down.

When you re-deploy these siege engines on the campaign map, some or all of them may be damaged even if the visual affects show you moved them to reserve before they were attacked.

    Alright, what the heck.
Sieges are just broken, not a single unit knew what to do, the defender militia just went off happy to be running into the main gate, not a single AI managed to crawn on top of the walls, when i manually attempted to get units onto the walls, they got there, but archers werent shooting at all, great

Meanwhile, the attackers were walking back and forth in front of the gate, doing absolutely nothing, although THEIR archers are actually shooting.

My units having existential crisis once on top of walls, not shooting and getting happily shot by enemy archers

Im alright with bugs that are bothersome and boy, there is plenty of them, but when a goddamn core mechanic of the game doesnt work, whats even the point

Okay so with this I figured out if you set your Archers to the formation "Scatter" they'll properly spread out along the walls and defend them. My issue was my castle was besieged, the enemy army attacked and I came in late to defend it, this gave me command in the battle and I was having a similar issue you were; except all my men clipped through the walls and died to the enemy. It's a bit wonky with enemy AI getting stuck on roofs and stuff. Don't except much from your infantrymen but you can try using Scatter with them as well, mine got stuck, however my archers were fine.
