Well, it should be that, during the fearsome battle your shining new armor what is been rubbed with metalpolishmegawax gets bloody and dirty, and after the battle character will clean the blood out of the armor.
(sorry if that is kinda hard to read. I just woke up.)

This kinda thingie would be nice. It's called "Sodegarami", thing to attach to long stick, well, it is a spearhead

The kilt without the chainmail would be kinda easy to do. First take that chainmail which has that belt with shoulder strap and blue tunic under it (I think it is Chain Hauberk). Then you overwrite that chainmail part with some sort of skin thingie, the place the kilt on to it. Voíla!

(I am no good at texturing so YOU try it, I just figured it out one night. If someone try this (I hope someone do!) I take no responsebility if game crashes 'till end of days )

Very, very nice But ya know, that eye protection thingie is called Hundsgugel so the name really is "Winged armed with hundsgugel"

This game is very awesome!
About that gore thing: I think you should add bruises and some kind little cuts if the player hits/is hitted with a sword.

I would like to have face painting option in that menu where you set up your characters face or it can be also called "warpaint" option.
I suggest that it could be some kind of "free" painting thingie, so that you can make your own facepaints etc.
