Not gonna lie, it sounds realy well, great job, especialy for one guy

On the armor topic: someone noticed that the armor piece is unrealistic and unpractical. And thats true. Someone defended that piece saying that M&B is fantasy. Now, does that argument means you can throw logic out of the window? Even in fantasy setting, things in there must be believable, and fit the setting, be practial for people in there. (unless its somekind of over-the-top setting).Take a look at LoTR trilogy, all armor and weapons in there are fantasy fiction, but all of these pieces were made sure to be practical for thier users. Since M&B is on more realistic side, pieces like this stand out and don't fit in, breaking the "immersion". Just my 3 cents.

What's with all the people complaining about hitting multiple targets with one swing? Isn't that obvious that huge 2H sword should kill 2 pesants wearing some rags? First one would get cut in half/get his guts spiled while second one would take hit big enough to get killed. Ofc it wouldn't work with actualy armored opponents.

Anyway, good stuff, looking forward to it. With every blog I lose my interest in Warband and I just want to play Bannerlord

Well, of course you can, NASA computer should be enought to eliminate lag  Now seriously, M&B is not designed for such big terrains, large numbers of NPCs etc. Would lag even on fastest PC on the world It's still lower than most of huge mods

Somewhere I heard that you can serve in Lord's army as a Knight. How can i do that? Do I need to have high renown? High skills or something else?

on hard (no damage reduction to player and friends, good AI itp.) i can beat them with 10 Locratus party (or something like this). 

Or maybe that just playing Dark Souls made everything easy.

EDIT: I noticed you guys removed native great helmet but winged one is still here, it's a lite strange,  and we need moar great helmets since they were used in XI century isn't it? Not very popular but still.

That's strange and doesn't sound like the regular memory problems; what is the exact error you're getting and when does it happen?

It's happening when i enter or exit battle or talk to lord in field.

So it's generally happening when I'm doing something "on field".

I don't have access to my PC now so i can't tell you exact error message, but i think it's something like this:

I doubt it's Windows fault because everything woks fine expect this mod.
